Weight Loss

One of my goals is to lose weight. I've tried over the years and failed. I would lose a few pounds and gain it all back. About a year ago my doctor tells me that I need to lose a little weight. My response was okay. But she looks at me and says you need to start exercising because your OBESE!.

Wow! That hurt. And because of my family history I'm high risk for diabetes. Now if you were paying attention I said a year ago. And I haven't lost any weight. In fact I've gained.

So I've decided to put myself out there. I'm going to post my weight. Yes I'm going to post my weight on the internet for all the world to see. I can do this......... I'm a big girl........It won't hurt that bad.........

Here it goes........

As of  August 20, 2012 I weigh 237.5lbs. I did it......I did it.... I posted my weight. Now for the hard part. I actually have to publish this.

To get started I set up an account at myfitnesspal. And I set my goals and rewards. I'm so excited. I'm really going to do it this time.
